Foreign Worker Recruitment
The Recruitment Process
An eight-step, end-to-end process — fully compliant with Act 246, FWCMS, FOMEMA and PLKS requirements.
-
Eligibility & Quota Application
We assess your eligibility and lodge the quota application with the relevant authorities, confirming approved sector, source country and headcount before any commitment.
-
Local Advertising Compliance
We satisfy the local-hiring requirement — advertising on MYFutureJobs and meeting the s.60K Employment Act 1955 obligation to prioritise Malaysian workers before foreign recruitment proceeds.
-
Source-Country Selection & Screening
Candidates are sourced from approved countries through vetted overseas partners, then screened for skills, medical fitness and documentation.
-
FWCMS Submission
Applications are submitted through the Foreign Worker Centralised Management System (FWCMS) with complete, accurate documentation.
-
Calling Visa & Mobilisation
On approval, the calling visa is issued and mobilisation is arranged — flights, arrival handling and reception in Malaysia.
-
FOMEMA & PLKS Endorsement
Workers undergo the mandatory FOMEMA medical examination; on a fit result, the PLKS (temporary employment pass) is endorsed.
-
Induction & Deployment
Workers receive induction on safety, rights, workplace conduct and accommodation before deployment to the employer site.
-
Annual Renewal & Exit
We manage annual permit renewals, FOMEMA re-examinations and, at the end of service, compliant repatriation and exit processing.
Employer-Borne Cost Principle
Workers are never charged recruitment fees. Under the Employer Pays Principle, the costs of compliant recruitment are borne by the employer. This is a condition of ethical, lawful placement — not an optional extra.
