Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Agensi Pekerjaan First Resources Asia Sdn Bhd (“APFRA”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

Employer enquiry details (company, contact, requirements) and job-seeker application details (name, nationality, contact, role, experience, and an optional CV). For passports, we store only a reference to the last four digits — never the full document.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry or application, to carry out lawful recruitment and manpower services, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Retention

Employer enquiries are retained for up to 3 years (36 months); job-seeker applications and CVs for up to 2 years (24 months), after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, contact info@apfra.my. Deleting an application also permanently removes any uploaded CV.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted to authorised staff. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web root and are never publicly accessible.
